Had a vehicle side swipe my car while it was parked outside my house. Side mirror was damaged and door panel aswell. I called the shop after getting quoted from my dealer over $800 for just the side mirror. I called Royal Auto and the price they gave me even my own mechanic couldent beat. I must say I am really impressed with customer service and professionalism. I drove my car to the shop the next day as they obtained the part. However, the wrong part was ordered due to miscommunication. Good news. Without any argument it was resolved with Ali arriving to my house to change the part after hours to correct the issue the next day. Above and beyond and will always recommend to anyone in need of car work.
This is the 2nd time I've had my car repaired at Royal Auto Body and both times these guys went above and beyond. 1st I got rear ended in my 2011 Camry. 2nd I got front bumper damage on my 2016 Toyota Avalon. From start to finish their customer service was super friendly, genuine and caring. They were on time and the quote they gave me was fair. My car looked brand new when I picked it up!
