Probably the best in the business, the work that they do, the QUALITY, and the LONG TERM perfection is what does it for me,
People are liars and make all kinds of excuses. Can you imagine it took almost 2 months just to install a runner board that they also have taken advantage of purchasing a cheap one compare to the estimate from the insurance.
Owner caused damage and swirl marks to my vehicle and stated to have them removed from a detailer of my choice and repay me. Later began to argue when I provided them with the invoice. When I agreed to take less (even though they should pay for all damage) and to the amount he agreed to, owner proceeded to ignore me. Unprofessional and will no longer be bringing any business to this shop. Will be furthering my complaint as well.
