The nurses and PSW's are the best in the business. Really strong reliable people! The coordinators are really bad and just overall unpredictable. They show attitude and do not ask for any clarification and that leads to mistakes in schedules. Overall a good experience when it comes to the service, it just needs a few fixes on who coordinates:)
Neelam has been coming everyday for the past few months to pack and clean up the wounds I had from getting surgery . She is very caring, nice, helpful and gives great long term advice. I appreciate everything she has done for me and I guarantee you will be too.????
Hi, the PSW's are amazing but the schedulers are terrible. They donot call us when a PSW does not turn up.
Thank you Spectrum healthcare for terrific service and care from all nurses and front desk staff. I had many nurses over the period of time I went to the clinic and every single nurses was professional, helpful and polite. The receptionists as well were equally professional and diligent. Everyone at the clinic works so hard.....kudos to everyone who works there!
Some of the staff here are very good, however their self-proclaimed "specialist"(not a doctor in any way, but plays herswlf off as one) is very judgmental and made many false accusations against me so she could discontinue my treatment. As soon as i switched to Bayshore, i got excellent care and the staff were far more professional, and healed quickly. Go there rather than Spectrum.
