My Mom is receiving service from Spectrum Health Care as she is permitted hours through Central LHIN. Yes the PSW’s are lovely - they are caring, kind and do great work. The issue is with the administration and management of Spectrum. When advocating for my Mom’s service and health needs this resulted in phone call messages that were not returned, playing the “blame game” and excuses. Requested meetings did not happen unless forced and requests/notes were not put in her file. I would NEVER hire private hours from this company.
