Working with Eldon and David at Rehab Hero has been an amazing experience. Both clinicians genuinely care about their patients and always go above and beyond to try to establish the most welcoming atmosphere possible. They are very thorough in terms of assessment, hands-on treatment, explaining exactly what is happening with my body, and prescribing exercises. They also send follow-up emails containing a reminder of all rehab exercises given, video demonstrations, and technique explanations. I would highly recommend working with this team!
Experienced staff. Quick service. Hurt my back during work and they explained in detail which muscles I pulled, helping me prevent pulling the same muscle again. They also provided detailed in-person exercises with their in house gym equipment to strengthen the problematic muscles. After all of that, they sent me videos as a reminder of the exercises and stretches I have to do. Excellent service, and I would always recommend them! 10/10.
My experience at Rehab hero has been AMAZING. Jason (Physiotherapist) and Dr Tiffany (Chiropractor) are excellent at what they do. The facility is clean, organized and efficient. It is super easy to make an appointment, lots of parking space and VERY CLEAN. I really recommend you book an appointment with Jason (PT) and Dr. Tiffany if you decide to get treated here, I've seen great results through physiotherapy with Jason and seeing Dr. Tiffany. 5/5.
I was so lucky to find Eldon at Rehab Hero! Unfortunately I injured my back while on holiday and knew I needed physio. I was desperate to find a clinic that was open on the weekend and came across Rehab Hero online. Their ability to book appointments online was very convenient and really easy. I was able to get an appointment the next day (Sunday). Eldon was really nice and very thorough with his assessment. It was clear that his treatment was working wonders after the first session. Since I was on holiday, I had medical insurance that required many letters to help cover the costs, and Eldon was very helpful in providing all the documents I needed. After just 4 treatments, I was walking without pain and was able to travel back home on a plane with no issue at all. Thank you to Eldon and Rehab Hero for all your support!
Amazing service by Eldon. I had a knee injury and I went there for my physiotherapy with Eldon. I saw the online ratings and selected this place. Without a doubt this place is great. The staff is super friendly and most importantly extremely knowledgeable. They take extra care for Covid-19 hygiene. Eldon is super helpful and understand my needs perfectly. He is not only a Physiotherapist but also like a friend who also works with me towards my goals and it is super important for him that I achieve them. I have already recommended this place and especially Eldon to many of my friends and hopefully one day I will be running like a horse again ;)
