Amazing customer service! Gobi was so helpful even though he was absolutely swamped with cancellation and rebookings.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Dealt with Tony Thaya, our flight was canceled and we received absolutely 0 communication from Tony. We attempt to board our flight and there was none! Calling Tony and he did not help at all! Instead he cursed us out for calling leaving us stranded in France. Everyone do yourself a favour and AVOID these scam artists at all costs! Your better off booking yourself.
