Bottom Line First: Great tour operator, knowledgeable english speaking guides, small tour size and efficient. Booked two back to back tours with this company for a 4 day private tour + 10 day group tour of China. We had a hiccup or two with our first tour but once we discussed it with our Tour Organizer and the issue was re mediated immediately (TIP for future clients: if you do have an issue, bring it up immediately - we were too polite and waited until our tour was over and the issue came up during our feedback card. Lucky for us they re-mediated with us in our second tour. So if you're unhappy, mention it sooner than later!) Our 10 day tour of China was well operated with great drivers and tour guides - only wish the guides were able to sit down and eat with us. When prompted, our tour guides told us it was against company policy to eat with guests. While I understand it may be to upkeep a certain level of professionalism, it would have brought some personality to the tour if we could have sat and gotten to know our guides as well as break up the conversation of the group. Our group tour was small, 8 people in total, which is what really sets this tour operator apart from other local agents with large groups. It made it very easy to travel around, hear and chat with our guides.
