I was so impressed with his speed and quality that after 2 years when I finally got my own place and needed to renovate my bathroom, I reached out to him again and he didn't disappoint! Susan and Rohan are a great team. They were direct about the prices, were very respectable throughout the process, and have quite a good style sense as well. The work is great and the accessories that I left on them to choose were excellent. The quality of the finishing and Rohan's attention to detail are amazing. His team and the people he chooses to work with are safe and really professional. After the first two days, we felt comfortable enough to work in our rooms while they worked through the house. Rohan was very attentive to the add on in our commercial space. We suggested to him what we wanted to have done but we valued his thoughts and opinions. When buying the material it was very clear to us he takes pride in what he does! We would suggest the cheaper material but he wouldn't recommend it and tell us to buy something of better quality so that it would last longer. Another important factor was he would always answer his phone or return your phone calls. Choosing Rohan Renovations for your next project would be a wise choice!
Rohan and his team completely renovated our house last year and did an amazing job. We are very pleased with his work. He has been very responsive to our needs, and has come to our house on multiple occasions to answer our questions and address any concerns. Rohan and his team were very patient and accommodating to our needs. I have attached a few photos of their work in our bathrooms - as you can see, it is a phenomenal job.
Rohan was very easy to deal with. We hired him to remove a load bearing wall and install an LVL beam for our kitchen renovation. He was extremely helpful and guided us with the electrical, HVAC and plumbing. We are happy with the result and will hire him again for my parent’s renovation.
